Reruns Are Very Fun

So there is this network called The Hub. Which is kind of like how Nickelodeon used to play kids shows all day and good old shows for the adults at night. Now they don't go as far back as Nick at Nite used to but they are playing shows I haven't seen on tv in a while. It's great to see Happy Days, Batman, and The Wonder Years on tv again. Even though I never really like the shows Lavern and Shirley, Family Ties, and Doogie Howser, it's great to see them on tv again. (I mean the opening to Lavern and Shirley is classic) So this got me thinking about shows that aren't shown in reruns anymore that I would like to see again on tv. So here's my list of the shows in order of when they debuted. Enjoy.

1. "Alfred Hitchcock Presents" (1955-1962) was a wonderful and suspensful show that set the trend for the Twilight Zone and Tales From The Crypt. Plus Mr. Hitchcock was very funny.
2. "Dennis The Menace"(1959-1963). It's been so long since I've seen this show I don't even remember if I like it. But it'll be fun to watch again and see if I do. (I know this is the cartoon picture, couldn't find the original show picture.
3. "The Addams Family" (1964-1966) I really miss seeing Cousin It and that catchy song.
4. "The Munsters" (1964-1966) Just good childhood memories and Lilly Munster was kind of hot.

5. "Gilligan's Island" (1964-1967) Yes I know, a stupid show with many flaws. Why not build a boat if you can make a radio? Why so much luggage for a 3 hour tour? Anyone know what they were touring? I just realized they stopped rerunning this show. Seemed it was reran forever.

6. "Hogan's Heroes" (1965-1971) I never really fully liked this show but a lot of it brings back memories of childhood and yes I know, Bob Crane was doing reality porn 30 years before it became popular.

7. "Gimme A Break" (1981-1987) All I remember about this show is that it debuted Joey "Whoa" Lawerence. Whatever he's going by now.

8. "Charles In Charge" (1984-1990) Yeah I know season one was so bad they got rid of everyone except Charles and his best friend and gave him a whole new family while he was sleeping. The rest of the season were fine. And it turns out behind the scenes, Charles was really in charge of Jamie ;)
9. "Small Wonder" (1985-1989) I know just cheesy favorite.

10. "Mr. Belvedere" (1985-1990) What a classic opening song. I alawys remember the end when he's writing in his diary. Everything else in between, a blur.

11. "Alf" (1986-1990) Dude was very funny and I always loved to see him run.

12. "Perfect Strangers" (1986-1993) Standing Tall!!!!!!!!!!!!!

13. "Just The Ten Of Us" (1988-1990) Been so long I remember very little but miss it.

14. "Freddy's Nightmare" (1988-1990) Been so long all I remember is that it was kind of freaky. Go figrue.

15. "Lois and Clark: The New Adventures Of Superman" (1993-1997) I didn't like it as a child because all I wanted to see was Superman. The focus was not on Superman and I respect the point of view the show went. Love the show now.

16. "Two Guys, A Girl, and a Pizza Place" (1998-2001) The only show on this list to never have been shown in reruns. :(
